Ultrapure column
The ultrapure column adopts nuclear grade polishing resin, which has higher exchange efficiency, and prepares 18.2 M Ω.cm ultrapure water.
High-power dual-wave UV lamp
The dual-wave UV lamp (185 nm and 254 nm) can kill bacteria and other microorganisms while effectively degrading organic matter and reducing TOC content.
The UPW-P series ultrapure water system has an integrated design, ready to use when water is connected; quick-plug pipeline connection, easy maintenance.
